Chris King-Sidney joined Ausenco in 2017 and leads the consulting business for Ausenco globally. He is based in Vancouver, and has extensive consulting experience in the infrastructure, energy, and resources sectors. Mr King-Sidney is passionate about driving the adoption of digital solutions in the delivery and operations of complex, capital-intensive projects. Prior to joining Ausenco, he was the executive director of Advisian, the consulting division of the WorleyParsons Group, where he was responsible for building and leading its Asia operations. Prior to this, he spent six years at McKinsey & Company where he was a core leader of the firm’s corporate finance and infrastructure practices. Mr King-Sidney has global experience across North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, where he has advised private and public sector clients on business unit/portfolio growth strategy, financing and bankability, due diligence, and risk management. Although a US citizen, Mr King-Sidney has spent most of his life outside the US - most notably in Germany, Spain, Japan, the UK, South Korea, Brazil and China. He is fluent in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, and conversational in three other languages.
Chris holds a BA from Georgetown University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Joseph H Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
