Chris Hood is a special counsel in the litigation practice. He specialises in complex commercial disputes and has acted on behalf of listed entities, public and private companies, partnerships and individuals in various jurisdictions across Australia.
Mr Hood regularly represents clients involved in inquiries and regulatory proceedings, and has also appeared on behalf of clients at private mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Mr Hood has extensive experience advising in the areas of agriculture, contract law, consumer law, building and construction, infrastructure, property, wagering and gaming.
