Chris Geers has extensive experience in all sections of the commercial real estate market including commercial, residential and industrial sectors. His experience has been gained with various valuation purposes, report styles and client requirements including mortgage security, financial reporting, feasibility analysis, rent reviews, purchase and disposal advice.
In early 2006, Mr Geers began focusing on the provision of valuation, consulting and business broking services for the childcare industry and is now a recognised expert in the field of valuation and sales of childcare centres, both freehold and leasehold.
In 2004, Mr Geers gained Associate Membership to the API and became a Certified Practicing Valuer. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Triennial Certificate.
