Chris Carman is a professional services expert with over 30 years of experience in managing complex industrial, residential and mixed-use tourism projects across the government, private enterprise and not-for-profit sectors.
The founder of Benchmark Projects Australasia, Mr Carman has delivered some of Western Australia’s projects including the creation of Joondalup City and the multi award-winning Mandurah Ocean Marina.
Mr Carman is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a past president of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
He has a Master of Project Management, a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
