ChongTao Xu has extensive management experience in numerous private equity projects, and specialises in the investment of upstream and downstream processes for steel producers.

Mr Xu was the head of steel merger & acquisition division at Shagang Investment Holding Co, the investment arm of China’s largest private steel company. He managed a portfolio with the marketable value of over A$4b.

Mr Xu has a Master of Science in Materials for Energy and Environment from the University College London.
