Chloe Tolley has broad litigation experience and has worked on a variety of matters for ASX-listed companies, corporations and individuals in all Western Australian jurisdictions including a high profile and complex multi-million dollar matter involving a trusts and estate dispute.
Ms Tolley has also acted for both plaintiffs and defendants involving contractual disputes, competition and consumer law claims, actions pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), partnership disputes, strata title disputes, negligence and defamation.
Prior to joining Bennett + Co in February 2018, Ms Tolley worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Perth and primarily dealt with Criminal Property Confiscation disputes.
