Charles Wilson is lead director for the boards of ATCO Ltd and ATCO Structures & Logistics. He was president and chief executive of Shell Canada, and director of AKITA Drilling and Canadian Utilities. Mr Wilson graduated from the University of New Mexico with his MSc in Engineering and held several senior executive positions in refining and marketing, chemical, oil & gas production and corporate planning during his career at Shell.
