Perth-based scooter manufacturer and retailer Vmoto has received firm commitments for an $8.9 million capital raising to fund its various investment initiatives.
Electric and motor scooter manufacturer and distributor Vmoto says it will purchase Nanjing Haiyong Electronic Technology for an undisclosed amount, overwriting an earlier proposal to enter into a joint venture arrangement with the China-based tech firm in October last year.
Perth-based Vmoto has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Indonesian automobile company PT. Garansindo Technlogies to stock and market its electric scooters in the country.
