Cathryn Nolan

Cathryn Nolan spent more than 20 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience across a range of industries and a particular focus on equity markets, technology & large projects.
Prior to co-founding DomaCom, Ms Nolan was an executive director and general counsel of ASX-listed Praemium where she had responsibility for the legal, compliance and regulatory aspects of all group operations including the development of unique legal structures for the deployment of the company’s technologies in the UK.
At DomaCom, she initially acted as general counsel, company secretary and head of compliance. Her main focus is on new product solutions.
