Catherine Morgan has over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry and a deep understanding of the hearing healthcare, medical device industry, global regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Prior to becoming the head of compliance, regulatory and legal at Nuheara in July 2023, Ms Morgan held senior leadership roles at the National Acoustic Laboratories and spent more than 14 years with Cochlear where she had successfully navigated complex regulatory landscapes and implemented strong clinical quality management processes while fostering a culture of regulatory compliance and quality excellence within the hearing market.
