Catharine Payze

Catharine Payze is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in senior change management and human resources positions, most recently with Clough in Australia and South Africa. During her tenure, she specialised in working alongside company boards to optimise organisation design by aligning people and culture with business and commercial strategy. Ms Payze holds a Masters degree in Psychology and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
