Carrie Clark has been with Kalparrin, a not-for-profit organisation which supports families caring for children with disability and special needs, since June 2016. She was a general manager prior to being appointed chief executive.
Ms Clark worked at the City of Fremantle at the start of her community development. She has also worked for large multinationals including BHP Billiton, CITIC Pacific Mining and Atlas Iron, where she has successfully developed and managed over $20M worth of business/community partnerships. These partnership have produced significant positive social impacts as well as valuable business outcomes such as enhanced brand and reputation, increased employee engagement and management of social risks.
Her work has won numerous awards including an Australia Business Arts Foundation Regional Award and National Award for the CITIC Pacific Mining Partnership with Kulcha Multicultural Arts, and an SA Great Award for BHP Billiton’s Welcome program.
Ms Clark has a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development.
