Caroline Watt joined Nulsen Disability Services in January 1999 and was executive director of operations in 2013 with responsibilities for accommodation program (group homes and in-home services), Nulsen Health Services, service development, new resident transitions, workforce recruitment and staff rostering. She became its chief executive in June 2022.
