Caroline Parry has financial management, governance management, business advisory, process and transformation experience. She specialised in financial services and mining, and has worked with large multinational and listed companies across Australia, UK and US.
Ms Parry spent over 8 years at Gold Corporation (trading as Perth Mint) and was chief financial officer for 6.5 years. Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years at PwC where she gained experience in external audit, business process reviews and business advisory.
In 2017, she won the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand CFO Of The Year award at the 32nd WS Lonnie Awards.
Ms Parry holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, a Cyber Security qualification from Harvard University, and is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
