Carol Hamilton

Carol Hamilton has extensive experience in managing a range of planning and development matters, including conducting prosecutions on behalf of local governments and state authorities in metropolitan and regional Magistrates Court. She regularly provides advice to local governments across the spectrum of State and Federal planning and development legislation, and routinely appears in State Administrative Tribunal for matters concerning merit reviews. Ms Hamilton is also experienced in issuing building orders and planning direction notices.

Ms Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma Legal Practice. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
