Carmin Johnson has over 15 years of experience providing audit, accounting and corporate services to clients within Australia and abroad. She has worked with ASX-listed and public companies, large private companies, subsidiaries for multinationals and not-for-profit entities.
Her areas of expertise include reverse takeover accounting, financial system reviews, valuations, due diligence and the preparation of independent expert reports and investigating accountant’s reports for ASX-listed, public and large private companies. Ms Johnson has also been involved in several takeover transactions (including backdoor listings).
