Carmen Boothman acts for banks and insolvency practitioners in relation to impaired assets and provides advice on legal issues arising in all forms of external administration. She has appeared in all state courts and the Federal Court of Australia on litigious matters including liquidator actions and contested mortgage proceedings. In late 2013, Ms Boothman took up a commercial position with CB&I on ExxonMobil's $1 billion gas plant expansion project in Victoria. She has a Masters of Law at the prestigious University of Melbourne.
