Carlo Franchina has over 25 years of corporate tax experience in Australia and the UK. His expertise includes income tax, capital gains tax and royalty taxation affecting resource companies.

He has been with KPMG since 1987 and is the Australian and Asia Pacific region tax leader of its energy & natural resources sector.

Mr Franchina provides international tax advice including structuring, funding and transfer pricing support. He has extensive experience with a number of large high-profile merger, acquisition and divestment transactions.

Mr Franchina has presented at numerous industry and technical conferences on resource taxation.
