Carl Thompson is a highly awarded landscape architect and designer. He studied landscape architecture and green building practices, using his expertise to lead multidisciplinary design teams working on high-profile projects in Western Australia and South East Asia – from urban renewals and waterfront enhancements to residential, health and education projects, as well as major urban and landscape master planning.
Mr Thompson is a leader, manager and mentor in the landscape architecture field. His projects, such as the public realm design for Fiona Stanley Hospital and Lakeway Drive-In Redevelopment, have received numerous industry awards from prestigious institutions including the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Property Council of Australia.
Mr Thompson has also led the urban and landscape master planning for the City of Elmina in Selangor, Malaysia and the delivery of the mixed-use, urban renewal project, Shoreline Stage One, in Western Australia.
