Mr Britt grew up in Victoria, attending Yarra Valley Grammar School.
A seasoned sports administrator with a proven track record of success, Mr Britt holds a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Prior to relocating over to Western Australia, he worked as the Essendon Football Club's community manager and head of community.
Once in WA, Mr Britt was appointed CEO of the Wanneroo Basketball Association, which operates the Joondalup Wolves, which compete in the NBL1 West competition.
In 2019, Mr Britt joined the South Fremantle Football Club as its CEO, following the departure of former Bulldogs legend Tom Bottrell. The same year, he received a Business News 40under40 award.
Since 2020, the Bulldogs have generated four consecutive net surpluses.
