Bryan Negus has over a decade’s experience in property including high-rise residential, commercial development, land subdivisions, medical centres, retail & asset management. Before founding Pathfinder, Mr Negus held a number of senior roles in the property industry, including managing and developing a diverse property portfolio for WA group Nightingales and at Diploma Capital. He is skilled in advanced financial analysis, debt and equity financing, design and management of complex ownership structures, asset management, project management, market research, site acquisition, strata development, project sales & marketing. Mr Negus holds a Bachelor in Agri-Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property (Valuation). He is also a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative and member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
