Bruce Lake has more than 30 years of industry experience in offshore and onshore Australian and New Zealand producing basins primarily in technical and operational/asset management roles.

He spent 10 years as operations manager for Apache Energy in Australia. He was also an operations manager and asset manager for Ampolex through the expansion of Wandoo A and Engineering and Design and Development of Wandoo B.

Mr Lake was a drilling manager for Santos Delhi in onshore Cooper Basin before becoming supervising engineer, drilling for Esso's Base Strait Bream development and workover production enhancement program, then operations manager for WMC's Carnavon Basin and New Zealand operated assets.
