Bruce Griffiths OAM has a successful and extensive career spanning more than 40 years in the manufacturing industry. He has held a number of senior executive roles within the industry and has a long history in working with the government. In 2013, Mr Griffiths was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to the automotive manufacturing industry and to the community. He was also awarded the Centenary Medal for services to the development of the Auto Industry Policy, and the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame for services to the Manufacturing Industry.
