Brian Leyden has over three decades of expertise in the food and beverage industry internationally and nationally, managing some of the most prestigious organisations in Australia. He has a consultancy business, Leyden Hospitality Services, and is the principal and managing director of Beaumonde Catering. Mr Leyden is also a partner in The Western Australian Franchise Rights to Zambreros Fresh Mex restaurant chain.
