Brett Tredinnick

Brett Tredinnick has more than a decade’s experience at AJ Lucas Group and has been responsible for some of the company’s most significant degasification projects and business growth initiatives. In 2007, he was appointed general manager of drilling and oversaw a period of rapid expansion including the acquisitions of McDermott Drilling, Capricorn Weston Drilling and Mitchell Drilling. In 2011, he was appointed chief operating officer with management responsibilities across all the company’s operating divisions. Mr Tredinnick has been responsible for significant culture and management system changes, focused on ensuring Lucas becomes the leading coal and coal seam gas drilling services provider. Prior to joining Lucas, Mr Tredinnick held various operational and project management roles with Rio Tinto Coal and BHP. Mr Tredinnick holds an Associate Diploma in Metallurgy and an MBA from the University of Queensland.
