Brett Molony

Brett Molony was admitted to practice in 2006 and joined Price Sierakowski Corporate in 2012. He practices in a wide range of areas in commercial and corporate litigation, with an emphasis on providing advice in relation to contractual disputes and interpretation, complex and standard debt recovery (acting for commercial clients, local government bodies and insurance companies), insolvency, mining law, compliance with trade practices legislation and Corporations Act actions. He has acted for Australian listed companies and has experience in all courts including the Warden’s Court, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court.

Mr Molony also provides advice on various compliance and commercial issues.
