Brett Johnson has more than 14 years of experience as a director of listed companies, including Scott Corporation and Helloworld.
At Scott Corporation, Mr Johnson was the only independent non-executive director representing minority shareholders and chaired the audit committee. At Helloworld, he was chair from August 2014 to December 2015.
Mr Johnson also has more than 25 years of experience as general counsel of listed Australian companies, including Qantas Airways from 1995 to 2012.
