Brent Steedman has over 30 years of experience advising a range of Australian and international listed and private businesses on financial reporting, assurance and advisory services. Prior to being appointed leader of the Perth audit team at Grant Thornton in April 2020, Mr Steedman spent over 2 decades at KPMG, where he also established and led its Oil and Gas Centre of Excellence from 2003 to 2017. He has extensive oil and gas experience in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, accounting and financial reporting, audit, cost allocation, contract management, process and system implementation.
