Brent Cook

Brent Cook is an economic geologist with over 40 years of experience in exploration, mining and finance. He has worked on nearly every deposit type in over 60 countries. From 1997 to 2003, Mr Cook was chief analyst at Global Resource Investments (now Sprott Global) and an advisor to three micro-cap junior exploration funds. In 2008, he founded the widely respected Exploration Insights investment newsletter which is followed throughout the mining industry, and was author and editor from 2008 to 2016. Mr Cook has also acted as an independent advisor and mining analyst, working with a number of junior mining companies, money management groups and individual investors.
