Brenda Berlin

Brenda Berlin joined Impala in 2004 and held a number of senior appointments including head of the group's corporate finance activities until her appointment as chief financial officer in 2011. She is a chartered accountant with a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed her articles with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Prior to working with Impala, Ms Berlin worked for Johnnic Holdings in the corporate finance department and, following its unbundling, remained with JCI assuming responsibility for business development. After leaving JCI, she commenced working for Southern Mining Corporation.
