Brad Paatsch has over 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy, governance, negotiation, human resources, finance and commercial management. He established Paatsch Group in June 2019, following more than 15 years of executive management experience.
Mr Paatsch was chief executive and head of commercial at Global Rapid Rugby and Western Force (part of Minderoo) where he was in-charge of all aspects of the development of a new Asia Pacific rugby competition and the management of Western Force. He was also chief operating officer of Optus Stadium and general manager of strategic projects at Fremantle Football Club where he was responsible for all aspects of planning and developing the $109 million administration and training facility, integrated with Cockburn ARC, the largest facility of its kind in the southern hemisphere. Mr Paatsch was also the club's key representative for the development, design and commercial discussions at Optus Stadium.
Mr Paatsch has worked across AFL, NRL and A-League football and gained extensive experience in business negotiation, government liaison, strategic business planning, marketing, venue design and management.
