Boon Leong Tan

Boon Leong Tan has over 36 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Mr Tan was the group chief operating officer and chief executive of Singapore Investments at real estate company Mapletree Investments. Prior to that, he was with Temasek Holdings from 1995 to 2003 as managing director of strategic investments where his portfolio included real estate investments in Asia and Australia, venture capital investments in the IT sector, infrastructure investments in the energy and transportation sectors, and investments in financial services.

Mr Tan had also served in the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore from 1975 to 1995 where he held the position of tax director in the superscale grade.
