Mr Hsieh joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco in 1986, was admitted as a partner in 1996 and serve in its Shanghai office from 1996 until his retirement in 2010. He has over 15 years of experience advising multinational corporations about doing business in PRC, including experience in market entry and development, mergers and acquisitions, tax advisory and other activities in PRC.
