Billy Blackburn has over 20 years of extensive commercial experience with high-growth technology companies.

Mr Blackburn founded a high-growth technology company specialising in high purity solvents, which was subsequently sold to Nova Molecular where he became its vice president of business development and was responsible for substantial revenue growth that included securing major consumer healthcare contracts. He was the vice president & executive manager of Giant Cement Holdings, which is focused on renewable waste processes. In September 2022, Mr Blackburn became the chief executive of Alexium International Group.
