Bill Healy

William (Bill) Healy was a director and shareholder of Sealcorp Holdings from 1985 which then established and developed the diversified financial services group. Sealcorp was acquired by St George Bank in 1997 and Mr Healy remained on the board until 1999. He was also a director of ASGARD Capital Management, Securitor Financial Group, PACT Investment Group, ASSIRT and board member of Decmil Group from 2009 to 2020. As founding director and chair of BOOM Logistics, Mr Healy was involved in the development of the company’s business model, early acquisitions and preparation for listing in 2003.
