Ben Younger is an investment sales and director with over 20 years of agency experience across South Australia and Western Australia. He specialises in the marketing and sale of commercial and retail investment properties; as well as commercial, retail and residential development sites throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Mr Younger is also an auctioneer.

Mr Younger became the director and joint head of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield in November 2022. Prior to that, he had a short stint as director of investment sales at Knight Frank and was the director in charge of CBRE Perth's capital markets, metropolitan investments department during his 16-year tenure with the company.
