Ben Cowling

Ben Cowling joined Civica in 2017 as managing director of state & local government, and chief operating officer for Australia & New Zealand, supporting the movement of Civica Group products across sectors and geographies. Prior to Civica, Mr Cowling held a number of roles across Australia and Asia, including ten years with a leading digital solutions consultancy serving both the commercial and government sectors. He has 20 years of experience delivering solutions to, and working with, government at all levels including executive roles within the foreign affairs, transport, and regional affairs portfolios.
