Belinda Michalk

Belinda Michalk has extensive litigation experience and advises defendants and respondents on general liability matters that range from nuisance claims and intentional tort claims to general negligence claims. Ms Michalk advice and acts in general liability claims arising predominantly from property damage and the statutory classes of insurance in the District and Supreme Courts. She also advises on intentional tort claims arising from alleged assaults, wrongful imprisonments and malicious prosecutions. Ms Michalk has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from Macquarie University. She worked at the Crown Solicitor's Office after finishing university before she moved to London. She returned to Australia after a number of years and joined Sparke Helmore in 2002.
