Ashton Lombardo is a partner in BDO’s deal advisory team in Perth, where he has gained over 13 years of experience. He specialises in business, company, and financial instrument valuation. Mr Lombardo applies this skillset across a range of industries and for different purposes, and mainly for preparing independent expert reports (IERs) and purchase price allocations (PPAs).
He also completed a secondment to ASIC, where his primary responsibilities were reviewing IERs and independent limited assurance reports (ILARs), and providing specialist valuation and accounting treatment advice.
