Arohi Kaila

Arohi Kaila is an associate in the construction & engineering practice group at Squire Patton Boggs, having completed a placement in the real estate practice group. She has varied experience in construction disputes, construction and commercial contracts advice, and adjudications under the security of payment legislation in WA (Construction Contracts Act). She has also assisted with contract reviews, back-end construction litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. In 2016, Ms Kaila completed a six-month secondment with John Holland, working on the new Perth Children’s Hospital Project. She also has expertise in various property, finance and regulatory matters including corporate leasing, liquor licensing, bank facilities and planning matters. Ms Kaila has been appointed as a committee member with the National Association of Women in Construction (WA Chapter) in 2017.
