Antonio de Castro

Antonio de Castro is a Brazilian geologist with over 34 years of exploration and mining experience for gold, copper, nickel, iron and phosphate in Brazil and Australia. He was a senior mine and exploration geologist for WMC for over 19 years in Brazil and Australia. He has consulted for several junior mining companies include Polo Resources – Minfer Brazil, Brazilian Gold Corporation and Copper Range Company. Mr Castro received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Federal do Rio de Janeiro, is a registered geologist with CREA-RJ, the Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Rio de Janeiro, and a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
