Antonella Segre was born in Milan and migrated to Perth in 2001, after having resided overseas for 30 years.
Her background is in leadership, business development, marketing and event management. She has a strong interest in social anthropology and the arts; and a drive for social justice, inclusion & social return.
Ms Segre has over 27 years of experience working within the corporate, community and training & education sectors; and has been involved in the successful completion of projects, funding opportunities, developing partnerships and networks within the government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
She is an alumni of the Cranlana Leadership Community, received a special commendation in 2011 by the WA Women’s Hall of Fame committee, and a recipient of the Rosemary Caithness award.
Ms Segre has been the chief executive of ConnectGroups Peak Body for Support Groups in WA since 2008, following a similar role in a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the brokering of federal funds to run projects for children at risk of disengaging from education and training.
