Anne M O'Donnell

Ms O'Donnell has more than 40 years' experience in the finance sector and is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director in the listed, not-for-profit and mutual sectors. Ms O'Donnell is a Director of the Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund Pty Ltd and the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. She is also an external member of the National Capital Authority Audit Committee, UBS Global Asset Management (Australia) Ltd Compliance Committee, the Australian Banking Association representative on the Banking Code Compliance Committee, as well as Chair of the IP Australia Audit Committee and the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Investment, Audit & Risk Committee. A former Managing Director of Australian Ethical Investment Ltd, Ms O'Donnell was also formerly a Director of the Financial Services Council, the Centre for Australian Ethical Research Pty Ltd, the ANZ Staff Superannuation Fund, the Grain Growers Association Ltd, Beyond Bank Ltd and Eastwoods Pty Ltd. Ms O'Donnell brings to the Board knowledge of the banking and wealth management industry. Ms O'Donnell is a member of the Board Risk Committee and Human Resources Committee and Chair of Equity Trustees' Responsible Entity Compliance Committee.
