She is experienced in a broad range of HR-related practices and services including change management, employment relations, legislation, policy development, remuneration frameworks, performance management, talent management, recruitment and selection. Prior to Strategen, Ms McCready held human resources roles at ANZ Bank and the National Bank of New Zealand.
