Anna Lee

Anna Lee's practice focus is the energy and resources sector. She provides advice on the development and ongoing operation of both mining and oil and gas projects, together with corporate issues facing local and international participants.

Ms Lee has been extensively involved in drafting and negotiating agreements (including farm-in agreements) in relation to the acquisition and disposals of interests in mining tenements and projects (including due diligence and compliance issues); joint venture agreements; supply and procurement agreements; service agreements and land access arrangements in various jurisdictions. She also advises on legislative requirements and compliance in the Australian context.

Ms Lee acts for a number of Australian and international public listed companies including in respect of compliance issues, the planning of acquisitions and disposals and foreign investment issues in respect of Australia. She has also advised in relation to projects in many other jurisdictions and, in particular, has acted for companies on the acquisition and development of assets in countries in the African continent.
