Anita Sarris has experience in consulting and management roles across Australia, UK and Peru. Before joining Nous Group in November 2014, Ms Sarris held a variety of management roles at Rio Tinto including as manager of organisational development in its global headquarters, and manager of learning & development for one of Rio Tinto’s largest major capital projects in Peru. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Curtin University.
