Angela Johnston

Angela Johnston has over a decade of experience in HR/IR including leadership roles, overseeing a broad spectrum of operational and strategic HR functions in blue and white collar environments. She was responsible for talent acquisition, industrial relations, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, HR strategy development and implementation projects (eg. change initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, HRIS and rostering systems), Work Health and Safety, and Workers Compensation. She completed a graduate certificate in employment law and through her previous roles at the Fair Work Ombudsman, Ms Johnston had obtained a deep understanding of various workplace legislations (eg. the Fair Work Act).
