Andy Marcos

Andy Marcos has a long and well established reputation in the industry, with over 35 years of experience in the management of human resources, industrial relations and administration. Upon joining BMD Constructions in 1984, Mr Marcos played a pivotal role in establishing many of the administration systems required to support the Group in its early phases of growth. Since those early days, he has continued to refine and expand those systems to ensure sound administration practices are in place and able to respond to the increased demands of BMD’s continued growth. As executive director, Mr Marcos plays an active role across all its Group's companies and is ultimately responsible for all administrative activities, human resources and industrial relations matters.
