Andrew Walduck

Andrew Walduck joined Australia Post in January 2012 to help drive its important transition to become a great customer centric and digital age company. He leads the creation and evolution of Australia Post’s products and services to deliver commercial growth and strengthen how communities and businesses access important services and connect to each other, here and globally. The portfolio includes eCommerce, parcels, mail, identity, financial, and government services that are performed in-store and online. He also leads Australia Post’s innovation and digital strategy, practice and teams, connecting the importance of incubating new ideas that contribute to building scale in new products, services, and experiences that our customers advocate for. Mr Walduck’s career spans more than 25 years in business transformation, innovation, technology and marketing. It includes roles in global corporations such Accenture, where he was partner in the communications and high-tech practice, prior roles at IBM, as well as marketing leadership roles in small growing businesses. His expertise lies in leading companies to build the strategy, capabilities and change momentum needed to build commercial futures in the digital age. This includes leading the strategic development and implementation of business models to pursue growth opportunities that help sustain an organisations future.
