Andrew Sutton was admitted as a solicitor in November 2016 and is experienced in litigation, having managed complex commercial disputes within superior jurisdictions. He has experience assisting on a variety of matters in the High Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia, District Court of Western Australia, and the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.
Mr Sutton manages a large trademark portfolio and assists clients to protect and enforce their intellectual property. He also advises clients on compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act; and has represented clients in a variety of practice areas including intellectual property, consumer law, property disputes and trusts.
